Villas Montana – Homestay in Coorg

Welcome to Villas Montana. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
Guests must provide valid ID proof at the time of check-in (Aadhar, Passport, or Driver’s License).

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 1:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

Advance payment of 30% is required to confirm the booking.
The balance amount must be paid at check-in, either by cash, UPI, or bank transfer.
Prices may vary based on season, number of guests, or special holidays.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 3–6 days of check-in will receive a 50% refund.
No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows.

5. Occupancy Rules

Maximum occupancy per villa is as per the selected room plan.
Extra guests must be informed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply.
Children below 5 years stay free (without extra bed).

6. House Rules

Loud music and parties are not allowed after 10:00 PM.
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.
Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.

7. Swimming Pool Usage

Pool hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Proper swimwear is required.
Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
The management is not responsible for any accidents or injuries.

8. Damage & Liability

Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged as per repair or replacement cost.
Villas Montana is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Guests are responsible for their own safety during estate walks, treks, or outdoor activities.

9. Force Majeure

Villas Montana shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

10. Privacy Policy

Guest information is kept confidential and is used only for booking and communication purposes.
We do not share or sell guest data to third parties.
